Always lean as fuck.
Fixed asthma.
Lats and back are disproportionately stronk.

Also, I'm Completely confortable being naked/ mostly naked in public.

I'm nearly 30 and I can't swim and I'm white (Australian).

I am pretty ashamed of this.

I freak the fuck out in the shower if too much water goes on my head, not even memeing.

It is.

I had lesson as a kid and freaked the fuck out every single time my parents tried taking me.

They eventually just gave up trying after I punched one of the swimming instructions in the head and gave them a blood nose.

I did in high school. 1:04 for the 100 fly. 4 years and 40 pounds later I'm trying to get back to the glory days.

1 hour of swimming every day means my lungs get stronger without steroids for my asthma, couple pounds of fat lost and lean muscle gained, and I get to hang out with/ coach girls sometimes. Ain't bad

Decided to ditch lifting and go for a triathlon instead. I don't like lifting heavy ass weight, and the cardio is much more enjoyable. It's gotten much easier to keep myself at the gym, and all but dashed my dreams of leaving ottermode.
