WTF
I'm 5'7 and a PHD nerd in skeletal-something said the max potential pure muscle gain is around 18-25 pounds for my height.
So someone at 5'7 whose 140lbs 10% bodyfat, an only really get to MAXIMUM of 158-165lbs 10% bodyfat naturally, regardless of years lifting or strength.
This varies based on height, but it's a pretty huge wake up call. I gotta stop perma bulking into the 180/190s and probably limit my bulks to the mid 170s at most.
Time to get back to reality here.

Oh yea? My Albanian natty bodybuilding friend said the max amount of muscle any human can put on is 10 lbs/year.

Yes, muscle is denser than fat.

Skelly here
Would this explain why I lost a pound last week but look and feel bigger?

158lbs at 5'7 is not bad at all at 10%.
And yeah, extreme bulking is retarded for non-roided normal human beings. No one should be aiming at more than 2-4lbs a month if they don't want to just get fat.

You wouldn't be bigger if you lost weight
