For science purposes, let's say I'm 200lbs 20% bodyfat
now 40lbs of that 200 is pure fat. So for this 200lb person to be 10% bodyfat they'd have to be around 180lbs.
Now my question is, if he cut down to 180lbs would he be exactly 10% bodyfat?

If they are 20% body fat at 200 then you have 160lbs of lbm, at 177ish lbs they would be at 10%.

200lbs - 20lbs = 180lbs

(1-X)*w = lbm
If X = 0.2 and w = 200, lbm = 160
If X = 0.1 and lbm = 160, w = 160 / 0.9 = 177.7~
