I would lose a lot of muscle, but you might not.
cut AT 1600 calories a day not off of tdee*
>>39978247
Next to none if you do it right.
>>39978247
depends on your tdee.
if you get all of it from whey, probably not too bad

Are you active or just sitting around? What do the 1600 calories consist of? You cut 1600, from what?

>>39978247
depends
but probably not much if you're lifting heavy and getting enough protein
too many variables to make any useful estimation

lol
1600 calories maintains a 120lbs or so body
You didn't plateau, you're just not counting properly, or having more cheat days than you should (protip: calories on cheat days still count to your overall weekly intake)

i had a poutine, pizza and 4 fried chickens yesterday and I'm proud
You should not be concerned with numbers when cutting. Look in the mirror and judge your weekly progress.
Muscle should not be your main focus when losing obesity. Get healthy, then get focused on refining your muscle definition. You will not shed as much progress as you think you will.
