been doing ss for about 3 months, coming along well with 120kg squat, 140kg dl etc.
Only thing is i'm looking for a hypertrophy workout to do on a fourth day to get my arms up abit. I feel like they're just falling behind a bit aesthetically
is there a traditional arm hypertrophy program i could check out other than just doing curls/pushdowns?

Add chinups as an accessory, also dips if you can, if you want big aestheticall arms train triceps
