Who here has overcome bad skin on their back?
It's my number one insecurity and nothing seems to help clear it up. Who's got proven methods or even just anacdotes of something working for them.
Doxycycline is an antibiotic which can help in a lot of cases.
Benzoyl Peroxide is topical and can help especially if you have oily skin. It will bleach everything it touches though.
Roaccutane is the nuclear bomb of acne treatment. You need to take it for a while for results but it doesn't fuck around.

Have a look at your shower and shampoo routine. Maybe your skin hates the shampoo that runs down your back when you rinse off.
Accutane took care of it for me. Had acne on my back, shoulders, face, and a bit of chest. Besides a bit of redness on my face and the occasional pimple I'm all clear now. Go to your doc and you might get some Tetracycline based prescription. If that doesn't work you can ask for Accutane.
Daily reminder to go to >>>/fa/12104561 with regards to skincare since /fit/ is literally the worst place to ask since they will tell you to use $5 soaps on your face that do more damage.
With regards to your issue OP, use a Glycolic Lotion like http://www.makeupartistschoice.com/Glycolic-Body-Lotion_p_97. and to shower immediately after you work out.
This will also solve KP issues if you have any.
