You're either quad dominant (weak hams) or your technique sucks. I was in the same boat a year ago. I worked on my form and deadlifted more often now my DL is 70 lbs higher than my squat.

99% chance OP isn't hitting depth on his squat. Post a video of you hitting 4 plate to depth. Or even 385.

Wrist straps and chalk are your friend.
Is it a case where you're doing the first 3 or 4 fine then it starts slipping out of your hand? If that's the case see how heavy you can do just with three reps.
