I drastically dialed it back.
I used to kill myself 5 days a week with retarded weight and intensity. Once I dialed it back my joints felt better, I wasn't eating as much so I leaned out a bit and my stomach thanked me. My hair stopped falling out like crazy and I wasn't as disgusted with myself as I was before. Now I just do pullups, dips, pushups, hiking and swimming.
I fell into that delusion that I had to be as physically strong, lean and as muscular as possible. Happy to be done with that.
Also as a side note I don't know why everyone calls it "training". Unless you're actively competing in something isn't it just working out?

Its intense enough that I make satisfactory progress on my lifts. Dont be that person who goes to the gym but doesnt really want to be there and dont be that person that treats their one hour gym session like its their sole hobby and passion in life.
