My diet is made by top guy and i stick to it 100% too.

Age 26, 6'4". 240 lbs before 248lbs in after picture.
I wasn't really sure what my goal was. I knew I wanted to lose weight than it became I wanted to be stronger.. I started on machines, than went for the SS with good results strength wise. I'm now doing more dumbbell exercises. I'm still fat as hell and dont feel like my strength goals are met yet. Therefore I don't really want to cut. Input?

Last competition, between work, school, and prep it's very mentally exhausting. I wasn't even going to school full time then.

My butt's coming up too soon, so I gotta work on that. Still, my back's fine. I still feel like I could have gone just a tiny bit higher. My bench has barely moved, I've gone from doing 120 lbs for six reps to 135 for eight reps. I'm probably just being impatient. Squat hasn't moved much, either, going from 135lbs for ten reps to 150 lbs for ten reps. I've put on seven pounds of lean muscle mass and my bodyfat's gone down from 25.3% to 18.3%.

A lean bulk results in a gain of aprox 4 pounds a month, I guess, that's what I'll go for.

For a dyel like me, I can expect lets say, 1 pound a month of muscle since I am totally untrained.

That means I'm gaining 3 lbs a month of fat.

3x12=36. 36 lbs of fat "lean" bulking for a year.

I am really curious to see the guy that thinks that 36lbs of fat is "minimal" and his physique.
