i pick up my feet and wash the fuck out of them also which ive heard is rare to do

I only shower with hot water when it's fucking cold outside or when I have a cold myself

Wake up, shave face, floss, brush teeth, jump in the shower, shampoo, leave shampoo in, wash body with body wash and luffa, rinse hair and body, shave balls, shave back of neck, lower back and shoulders, rinse, gtfo.

I'll probably shower at least once more later without all the shaving.

Shower every morning and when I get back from the gym on lift days.

Very hot, about 10 minutes, I also wash my feet.

>Proceed to lather up my loofa with three pumps of bodywash and scrub body from top to bottom
>Take shower nozzle off and rinse entire body
>Turn shower down to cold/luke warm temp
>Do daily stretches while the cold water wakes me up
>Get out and wear bathrobe to dry myself while I brush teeth
>If it's monday I use an anti blackhead nose strip while doing so

I do this every day and I'm operating at a very high level

I shower in the evening, and whenever needed (Don't like wasting time on extra showers, but it's better than running into an odour problem.). Mostly get by with one shower per day tho.
