Made this PPL Routine, the PArt a is done then one rest day then part b then a rest day
have fun lifting superlight, underproductive weights and stalling on everything.

what do you mean
Way too fucking volume
Also do you work triceps 4 days a week?
>>39960684
I'm saying your routine is absurd. you're basically doing 2-3 workouts per workout, and the amount of triceps work in particular is insane.
>>39960713
Well I want bigger triceps and I didn't think a normal PPL had enough arms work to get big arms. Also, is too much volume bad?
>>39960684
5 sets of Bench, then 5 sets of OHP, 3 sets of Dumbell press and then close grip Bench?
Does that take you 2 hours to get through or are you just beginning?
The whole thing seems crazy

Is a normal PPL workout enough for bigger arms?
I do the reddit PPL
is that any good?

If you're asking these questions you probably shouldn't be putting together your own routine
>>39960664
On your push days do either a ohp or bench 3x5 but not both. Likewise do dips or close grip bench but not both.
On one pull day do a heavy row, deadlift, chin ups 3x whatever. The other do weighted chins (lat pull downs) a deadlift (maybe at higher setxreps!) Then high rep dumbell rows.
2x curl is a bit much, maybe just do one curl exercise and a facepull/rear delt fly a pull day
