Depends alot on wheter you want to gain weight or stay the same while doing it

But none the less it will take a couple of years

depends on your genetics

i know a guy who went from 225->315 in a few months

guy also squatted 405 in 3 months

It really depends. Are you bulking? Training for strength or power? There are many factors.

I haven't benched 315lbs however I went from benching 225 for five to 250 for five after 3 months of bulking. For reference, I've been lifting for just just shy of 3 years, 5'9" 185lbs

I stopped benching for a while to focus on overhead, started again at about the start of December with my max back down to 100kg
comfortable close grip benching 120 for a single now, so my max normal grip is probably 125-130. Hopefully hitting 3pl8 in a few weeks

Lots of factors but if u keep eating at a surplus, bench 3-4 times a week and get enough sleep you'll probably hit it in around a year I'd say
