Hey /fit/ bros, feeling bloated today and haven't taken a proper shit in almost 2 days. Tips on helping a /fit/ bro shit and not look like a boat. Been drinking water, black coffee, and green tea not helping at all. Dropped my caloric intake from 2500 to 1800 recently.

I feel like you're starving yourself back into skeletonhood. Keep your fiber high. If you're eating high protein high fat low carbs on little calories, you will shit maybe once every other day sometimes
