How would you fags go about incorporating deadlifts into SS so that you could do it 3 days a week?
For example my A day is ddl and my program is ABABABAB. I presume i should do ddl with lower weights on B days, but what could be that weight? My deadlift is 120kg.

yeah, don't do that, you need rest

If you cant increase the deadlift by 10 pounds a week at your baby weight why the fuck would you think deadlifting 3 times a week would do a thing?

Curious question about the deadlifting in SS....Why is it 1x5?
It feels like such little volume why does it work?

Because it is a very high intensity lift, both neurally and muscularly, and doing it frequently or at high volume means you are either pulling way too light, or you will soon overtrain and have to enjoy several weeks out of action.

Dont listen to them bro i done it every day and made solid gainz. Overtraining is a myth

It is pretty lame while your deadlift is still low, but once get to a heavy deadlift 1x5 is plenty intense. (Especially after doing squats) also you can do some warm up sets with less weight.

>no rest days

Don't. The guys who made stronglifts (i.e. top trainers in the world) have ONE set of deadlifts a week in their program.
You don't need to do them a lot - you'll just prevent progress and/or fuck yourself up

You're supposed to do warmup sets. Deadlift 3x5 straight across is hard to do, and not necessary when you already squat 3 times a week.
Either just do them like the squat(every session for 3x5) or do the regular deadlift session and do light deadlifts(like 3*3-5 at 80-90% of the weight you used on the 1*5) or a deadlift variation(deficit deadlifts, romanian deadlifts etc) on the other session.
Doing just 1*5 every other sessions can probably work but deadlifts are a great back/hamstring mass builder and doing more volume will make it easier to progress the lift.
