i have been on starving meme for 12 weeks now. 1100 cals a day for probably a TDEE of 2400

dropped from 83 to 74. all remaining fat on my belly and mantits. gotta go to probably 68 before i will look decent/ have 9% BF

dont eat anything but diner.

i can buy 10kg of chicken quarterlegs for 13 euro

so i usually have diner with 1 quarterleg and enough eggs, chicken breasts to hit about 100-110g of protein.

i usually fill it up with either green peas. (easy as fuck. just put frozen in the microwave and also cheap in bulk)

or carrots raw.

for the chicken breasts i usually put them in a soup. so half the soup is chicken 4/10 is vegetables and then a little bit of water.

else i just fry em in a pan.

i have plenty of spicemixes so i dont really get bored with chicken legs.
