Who here does leg longer days?
I do 2x a week here, feel like i should do more.
5'5" manlet been doing this for 2 months now, already feel half an inch taller.
On my days off I'll do a 5 mile run with ankle weights and heavy boots to create minor hairline fractures in my leg bones, then sit in a tall chair all day drinking milk with the ankleweights still on while my feet dangle to keep pulling the fractures open more and healing them.
Also quit the deadlifting and squats to stop compressing my spine. Only leg machine from now on.
New years resolution is to hit 5'10". Who's with me?

Yeah but alot of guys quit after awhile. I got 2 inches out of it in 8 months. It's painful but it's worth it. Thinking about doing it again

Hairline fractures aren't gonna cut it anon, you need compound fractures to really lengthen the bone segments. I suggest having a buddy give you a good compound fracture in both femurs, then let your feet dangle with weights while they heal, repeat with the tibias, etc. I recommend a sledge hammer and some liquor since it's gonna hurt like a bitch. You can easily add 6+ inches over the course of a year. Good luck and we're all gonna make it!
