> wake up
> look at clock
> head out to beach
> arrive at beach
> Flirt with early morning beach babes and MAYBE get some digits
> head to peer
> warm up
> jump in water and swim horizontal along the coast till I hit the lighthouse rocks
> rest on rocks and wait for crabs to crawl out and attack me like always...fucking crabs
> swim back to peer
> Flirt with some not so early morning beach babes
> head on over to Mike's Shack for free scrambled eggs on toast from my Boi Matt working the grill
> look at that stupid fish clock on the wall
> head back home and get ready for work
Helps when you live 10 minutes from the beach

It's not an every day thing. Weather is a factor and the girls thing is a stretch since it's mostly old people. The distance isn't even that far but I don't have exact numbers, picked up the habit from local kids back in my youth. Now I'm depressed I stretched the truth over the interweb to seem cool

cool story bro
Just began swimming again yesterday, haven't swam for real since I was 15. I was out of breath pretty quickly, I used to be a good swimmer and that was a disappointment.

I swim daily, have since high school. Do freestyle, breaststroke, and fly and maybe an on land circuit and you'll build plenty of muscle while doing cardio
