Explain
I used to love a bowl of sultana bran with banana and I thought I was eating clean but fuck that shit has pretty much the same amount of sugar/fibre as crunchy nut which is clearly superior
Oats are the only acceptable breakfast and even then only as a pregame to your eggs
>>39953052
>eating anything else then oats
kill yourself amerifat
>>39953743
Damn it's a shame. I usually cover my 200g Greek yogurt in this cereal. How about actually mixing raisins or sultanas with my yogurt, acceptable?
All those carbs first thing in the morning is bad for you.
Let's spike out insulin levels first thing in the morning!

When you dry the fruit you remove the fibre so you may aswell be eating candy, some candy is made with glucose so is actually better for you.
If you got some quality bran flakes you would be sweet, just throw some non dried fruit/berries on top for sweetness. But actual brand sultana bran is a fucking scam that conned me for years too.
>>39953718
most cereals are basically paper drenched in sugar.
>>39953052
and you probably wonder why you are still fat
>>39953818
>When you dry the fruit you remove the fibre

It's like you want to do everything wrong intentionally.
Weetbix protein blend with banana/berries in it to sweeten it up.

Raisin Bran doesn't really have many calories man.
I eat about a cup of this a day with no milk
>>39954397
Point was that drying doesn't remove fiber. It removes water, hence the name of the process - "drying".
