1.) Begin RIGHT away to save money for cosmetic surgery (loose skin reduction). This is anywhere from 3k to 10k. Part of saving would include visiting a doctor for an evaluation to see what would be involved and getting a price estimate in your area, as well as researching health insurance options.

2.) Purchase a man bra (essentially a really tight synthetic tank top, google/amazon it) and where it for support as well as for confidence/self esteem purposes.

3.) Depending on doctor's timeline estimation in number 1, either cut or recomp. If the surgery can be done within 3-6 months, I'd down to as low a bodyfat as possible (using normal procedures seen on /fit/. If it was more like 6-12 months or more away, I would recomp.
