skeletal structure is genetic. You can get wider thighs and bigger ass, but you can't make your shoulders more narrow
Just keep doing lowerbody exercises and eat so your BF won't drop too much
Start working out and if you gain muscle you don't want literally just stop working out and it will go away

Unless I go out of my way and flex a bunch, I still have a rather normal/athletic frame. You really won't get boxy unless you're body type is already boxy, you have a high amount of T for a female, or you're juicing. Don't worry about it. The health benefits from lifting far outweigh being weak and fat.
