Have you ever tried a high frequency low volume routine?
I've been doing a push pull variant 6 days on, one day off.
Push
3x6-10 squat press
3x6-10 Bench
Pull
3x6-10 weighted chin ups
3x6-10 rows
3x6-10 deadlifts
I've been at this for months, and have never looked better.
The volume is low enough to not.burn me out, and the frequency ensures I'm always growing.
What is your experience with this type of training?

Why not just do three days with all those exercises. You could keep the frequency to 2x a week if worried about recovery, and won't need to go to the gym 6x.
