How do I get a "natural" look.

I've never touched a weight in my life but I need to shape up for my job.

I don't want to look "fit", I want to look like a high test 30~ year old man in the 50's/60's/70'd who lived in a time without hormonal plastic shit in all his food and water.

You either exercise or live an active life. Chopping wood, hiking, climbing, playing sports...or hitting the gym. Preferably both.

just lift weights its actually very hard to look /fit/. Most people who you think look good and natural go to the gym for it or are very active. As a 30 year old you probably won't have enough time to be that active.
