Who else have explosivity issues ?
I just bought the Starting Strenght book and its explicitely said that PowerCleans are a must. But fuck me i cant do them right even at babyweight
Any exercices to replace it ?

keep practicing it with baby weight.
replace it with barbell rows or dumbbell rows if barbell rows make your back unhappy. don't tell rip that I told you this, ok

I had to do all those power lifts at a tiny weight for a long time. Just power through they are very important.

Grab a wood dowel and practice.
Slow from the floor to the jumping position (between half and 3/4 up your thigh) and try to load your hamstrings by pushing your ass back while you do it, then jump the bar to your shoulders. Don't pull with your arms.
