You are "kicked out" of ketosis when your liver's glycogen stores are refilled beyond a person-dependent threshold (maybe like 1/3 for most, so 35g of glucose). Aspartame is non-nutritive; it cannot be converted to glucose/glycogen.

It's 50 grams over a 24 hour period. If you go to a keto-for-dieting community they'll quote 30g, which is guaranteed nutritional ketosis level for almost everyone excluding small females. They quote 30g to account for that fact that many food labels round down fractional carb amounts (there's also trace carbs in eggs, chicken, etc.). Very active people who have been in ketosis long-term can tolerate higher than 50g, but it varies highly on the person.
