I want to purchase this thing.

If I put it on a PVC carpet, will the vibrations from the bicycle disturb my downstairs neighbors?

I intend to place the bicycle near a corner where the wood floor is more rigid to minimize noise and vibration.

Anyone can share their insight

Maybe he doesn't feel like dropping $3000 on a fat tire mountain bike for winter biking. I know I don't, so I ride during the nicer seasons but in the winter, I have a shitty old stationary bike to make do.
