Slight adrenal fatigue, elevated levels of cortisol, coffee can effect iron absorption ever so slightly(not as bad as tea), stained teeth, dependency.

There's far worse things you could be doing.

Why would you, though? Your mind is racing, you're tired without it, you get nervous or angry easily. I honestly see no point.

Source: I've literally been there. Made my very first new year's resolution realistic and decided to cut to max 2 cups a day, preferable 1 or none. I definitely feel the difference after a week.
