I can get by with 75 bucks every 2 weeks. Black beans, rice, whole wheat pasta, tuna, 5 dozen eggs is like 4 dollars and 3lbs of lean ground turkey and 5lbs of chicken and then frozen broccoli bags

I spend about $85 a week, here in Norway, and got a TDEE from 3200-4000+kcals
I lift and have a very physical job at almost 225lbs bodyweight

1600 calories of pork shoulder or chicken (4 british bucks)
400 calories of sweet potatos (40p)
400 calories of beans, lentils, veg, etc ( 70p)
400 cals of 500ml milk and 2 scoops (1quid)
misc shit 300-400 cals (X)
I generally spend 6.50-7 quid(8$) a day on a bulk, about 30-35% less on a cut.

Might seem autistic, but I don't eat them with the skin.
Chicken breast(1kg) is 5quid, that's 1200 cals 240g protein.
Chicken legs(1kg) costs 3 quid(2 on promotional months). 30-35% is bone, so that's about 600g of meat minus skin. which ends up at 840 calories 120g protein give or take.

Bulking is typically easier IMO

I've got stacked on dirty bulking but nowadays I just go without or go with less if I cannot fill up on good lean foods.

2500kcal with around 100g protein everyday, sometimes its very bland, boring and requires a lot of being a very cheap fuck. Most people require twice the amount of money to meet their requirements

if I wanted cheap shitty nutrition I would just fucken eat wholemeal bread (90p per 2200 calories 100g protein) or peanut butter (1quid per 3000 cals 150g protein).
It would still end up with better results than ramenshit burrishit and pizzashit.

I was doing this with white bread and after switching to wholemeal I lost 6lbs just because of its lower GI
(but I have diabetuus runing in the family so it might be no difference for people with healthier blood sugar)
