What exercises work, which don't. Volume/ frequency etc.
I am currently hitting 3 times a week.
Monday: heavy push press
Wednesday: volume DB press
Friday: OHP
presses don't do shit

They're good too, just don't row too high to prevent shoulder impigment. Also keep scapula depressed during it. I would also use wider grip (shoulder or little wider) for better side delt stimulation. Check Lyle McDonald's article on it.

I do lat raises with plates. 3x22lbs and then i go lighter as i get more fatigued.
Also facepulls. I'll probably start doing some other posterior delt work as well.
