/fit/, what is the best way to stop eating sugary food? I love it so much and sometimes get annoyed at myself when I munch on a cake.
Gave up four weeks ago with no problems, but it's the cakes I just can't resist.

Put stevia in everything you can. It'll satisfy your sweet tooth.
You can also use saccharine if you don't like the bitter aftertaste of stevia, but note that it spikes insulin, so it could give you cravings.
don't buy it. eat regularly so you don't get hungry, that's when I usually cave.
I found that I enjoyed finishing off dinner with something sweet, so I replaced chocolate or cake with fruits
Worked pretty well
Get on that keto, my man.
i allow myself a klondike bar after dinner every night. No other desserts except from Thanskgving through New years, when the gloves come off and I soemtiems eat an entire pie in a day.
I smash a shake down when im craving sweet food, or I make my own carb/protein ball things and just have those if i've already had 2 shakes that day
