I used to binge eat a lot as a fat teenager. I found that as long as I never gave up on weight loss I'd still lose weight in the long run.
Remember it's a marathon not a sprint.
If you're constantly hungry and it's driving you crazy.
Try a 24 hour fast (still drink plenty of water) and end it an hour or two before you go to bed make sure the food you have is all healthy and eat as much as you like. No way will you exceed 2000 calories in that meal before you get full unless you're eating utter crap.
