I fucking wish I could be happy being comfy. 30 days into nofap + no drinking + couldn't lift today because of snow has me wired as fuck

Just got back from the gym, downed a glass of milk and ate a big spoonful of peanut butter. Now I'll probably stretch out and go to sleep.

Worked on fixing my deadlift motor patterns by doing 10x5 @65% today.
Went to hofbrauhaus with my fiancé and her parents today.
Hit 495 squat, 290 paused bench on Thursday.
Got pissed at my deadlift because I couldn't break 495 off the floor when I've done 535 before, hence today's workout.

All in all not bad,
