Every morning

1 cup of harraways wholegrain oats
1/2 cup of full cream milk
1 medium sized banana sliced on top
1/2 cup of dewinkle plain unsweetened yogurt
10 roasted almonds crushed on top
Sprinkle of cinnamon to finish it off

Cutting season, with two scoops of ovo and a cup of coffe poured on top.
Bulking season I mix it with a greek yogurt in addition to that.

Amount varies on whatever my intake is but I have my oats with milk, cinammon, drop of vanilla, tiny bit of salt and honey

If I've got fruit on hand I put that on top also
