There was a nice new friend in the gym today(though he looks like had been lifting before though)
offenses:
- did some sort of rapid standing bench, much like the asian guy in every gym idiot thread.
- manages to occupy 3 different sets of dumbbells AND a barbell at the same time.
- did lunges stepping forward 30cm or something. doing a high kick after every rep.
- doing shadowboxing all over the gym with 1kg dumbbells.

I do this. After heavy deadlifts it's the easiest place to set up and do some light rows with lots of reps.
