I hate phoneposters so much. I should never have to rotate my head or right click to rotate it myself.

Activate them and then put them in milk

I must procure your oats brother
>>
>fill bowl with oats
>pour whole milk to cover the oats
>let it sit for a minute
>add berries and honey
>consume
>>
>>39928988
Not op but when I'm making my oats I make them in a pan with my milk, the milk slowly evaporates leaving me with dem cooked oats but I have a question, does the nutritional value of the milk change since it's been evaporated, if I cook my oats in 400ml of milk should I log it in MyFitnessPal as 400ml or 200ml since roughly half the milk has evaporated? Or is the evaporation just the water or what

I've made the pumpkin variety twice; makes 2 servings (2nd serving is excellent cold the next day) and I found it delicious, filling, and healthful. Sweeten w/ stevia or sugar free maple syrup if you don't want to eat the brown sugar. A++ oat breakfast.

Also, I make flour out of oats by simply grinding them in a food processor until they area fine powder. i use the flour to make waffles that also have protein powder in them. One batch of home made waffles makes 16 waffles which makes 8 days of breakfast for me.

You could use a coarser grind of oat flour to coat chicken or fish if you like a crunchy meat.

Sure. The only thing about cooking milk you should be wary of is scalding it. Don't boil or burn milk, it's fucking gross. You could cook your oats in milk or cook them in water and stir in milk at the end. Just fuck around, look for recipes online, or ask /ck/ for advice. And see

>>
How do you use oats with a blender bottle for a protein shake without a coffee grinder or blender
>>
boil in almond milk.
>>
>>39928793
>Take cup of oats and put in pan with cup of water and a cup of milk
>Mix well
>Bring to boiling
>When it begins to bubble, turn the heat down low
>Set timer between 3-5 minutes, depending on preference
At this point, I suggest adding in any fruit you like. I am partial to sultanas or apples, but a lot like berries.
>Continue to stir until the timer is done
>Turn off heat, and either wait for it to cool, or serve it right away
I usually drench those fuckers in syrup, but whatever works.

You can flavor it pretty much however you want, but be aware it'll change the macros. Still cheap as fuck. Also be aware that if you want more or less, you can just change it to 1/3 cup of oats, water and milk, or whatever amount you want. 30g of oats is approx 1/3 of a metric cup. As long as the milk, water and oats are the same, it doesn't matter. You can bust these fuckers out in literally minutes, plus you can make them while cooking other shit. If bulking, and you're cooking something time consuming, you can nut out a small ball to get in dat dere bulking calories.

Any questions?
>>
>>39929700
Why do i want to puke with every spoonful of oats i eat
>>
>>39929005
What the fuck. That's disgusting. If they were blended, maybe. But oats aren't meant to be eaten raw unless you're a horse, or fell for that ancient meme.
>>
>>39929700
can i blend it in milk with fruits instead? The macros will be the same as simmering it right?
>>
>>39929790
I've been there. It's your body recognizing that oats taste like fucking shit because they're bland as hell. I have a sweet tooth, so I poured a literal fistfull of sultanas in there, then topped the finished product with brown sugar before drenching that bastard with enough syrup to give me diabetes.

Oats are filler, and by themselves kinda suck. Smaller amounts are easier to eat. I suggested eating them while cooking other shit, and that's how I stomach them. Chomp away and get it all down asap while tasty shit is on the way.

>>39929849
Yeah, go for it.
>Open blender
>THrow in cup of oats
>Mix in protein powder (optional)
>Mix in some sort of flavouring like drinking chocolate (optional)
>Throw in fruit
>Blend
>Throw in more fruit for garnish

Tastes fkn awesome, goes ok in the fridge (a little gluggy if not drank soon). I used to use them as breakfast shakes. Increasing oats and milk increases protein as well, of course. You technically can eat raw oats, but they really should be blended first, or they're hard to digest, taste like shit and may make some people sick.
>>
>>39929908
>>39929849
Fuck, sorry. FOrgot to add that milk needs to go in those shakes. Increasing milk makes it less thick, but don't make it too thin or there's no point.
>>
>>39928883

>falling for the vitamin spiking Jew

Never ever going to make it
>>
>>39929800
They're fucking delicious raw. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with eating them raw. You can let them sit longer in the milk if you want them to be all mushy.
>>
>>39929917
>>39929908
Yeah I'll try that next time, it tastes like absolute crap now
>>
For more carbs:

oats, brown sugar, apples, cinnamon.
oats, maple syrup, nuts, milk
oats, banana, nuts.

before bed i have been eating, oats with whey, pb, and milk. the texture is kinda goopy so i dont love it, but its filling.
>>
>>39928956
ANSWER ME FUCKERS!!!
>>
>>39928793
Toss it in a bowl and eat it with kefir, cocoa powder, cinnamon
