Deadlifts, squats, ohp, benchpress if your lack of height is a posture issue. increased my height from 6' king of manlets to 6'1

Exercise won't improve your genetics though.

If you are young and still growing doing any kinds of exercises (swimming, boxing, basketball), getting loads of sleep and eating healthy will help you reach your maximum potential height. Stretchings also work only if you are young, as you bones aren't very dense then, so you can stretch them which may give you max up to 1 inch

Isn't there some way to introduce hypertrophy into your heels and the balls of your feet?. if you could add mass to that area it could easily mean a gain of of 1-2 inches. im not familiar with steroids but could you inject them into your soles and would they grow? maybe synthol?

Get some rope, make a noose, throw it over a tree branch, tie the other end to the trunk, use something to get your neck in the noose, tighten it, then kick away the thing you stood on.

It doesn't help your height, but it brings up the average for the rest of us.
