I had an accidental cheat day and ate almost 5000 cals when I've been eating 1800 a day and losing weight.
I already did my weights for the week for 5 days. Usually I take weekends off but I really want to burn all those extra calories off.
Is it viable to carb the fuck up in the morning and spend a ton of time at the gym doing cardio?
I'd start off with treadmill ~45mins, about 10 of that being running, 35 being walking.
Then I'd take a 10 minute break and do rowing machine for 30 minutes
Then I'd take a 10 minute break and do rowing again for 30 minutes
Then I'd take a 10 minute break and do treadmill again same way as before.
Is it viable? I do cardio on treadmill after weights about 25-45 mins already.
What else could I add? Gym has elipticals and bikes but I'm never serious enough on those and don't go as long or as hard

I find that low intensity cardio doesn't affect my lifts much. You can do that but it might be better to continue normally or you might lose control and over eat again. It's more valuable to be at the right energy levels and be consistent. Plan your meals better to include planned carb refeeds and no more "cheat day" memes where you just overeat.
More importantly why do you want to switch cardio equipment like one of those fucktards that treat cardio like weight training? It's cardio just do one thing.
