10 of this thing where I hold on to a stationary object, balance on my upper back and lower my lower back/legs down as slowly as possible(10+ seconds per rep) from a vertical position. If anyone knows what this is called, please do tell.

Spotted the DYELs. While squats and deadlifts aren't enough when you get strong enough, anything more than 4-5 sets of decline sit-ups, hanging leg raises, ab roll outs or dragon flags is overkill.

For what it's worth, I BP 260, squat 315 and deadlift 395 at 170 lbs. Compounds alone won't make you look good naked and why even lift if you're gonna look less aesthetic than some 130 lb ottermode skinnyfag?
