I've read that arginine helps with getting stronger erections and improving NO supply in the blood, however it can come with side effects and that makes citrulline the better choice.
For those who have experience taking both, which one is better (or why not take both?) and also what is the recommended dosage per day?

I take 1000mg twice daily (NOW Foods L-Arginine, most popular on Amazon).
You get a ridiculous number of erections per day, but other than that there's not much benefit to getting /fit/.
Citruline didnt seen to much at all.

I've only heard of that happening twice on here, I've been taking it for a year and never had problems.
Never heard anyone complain about it when talking about cumstacks either.

Only take arginine. No side effects. Helps increase bloodflow i guess, sometimes it helps get better boners, sometimes it means your feet are a little less cold.
