Hey /fit/ I'm looking to start working out and I was wondering what is a good workout routine is. I'm very skinny and I want to put on some muscle. All I have available is two 15 pound dumbells and a small room. What exercises should I do and how many reps of each? Should I be working out every day? I know nothing about how this works. Your advice would be much appreciated
