Deadlift 725 for a single
Squat 595 for a single
Bench 465 for a single

Haven't been able to fit into jeans for 3 years. Have to buy my clothes online because no where has big enough sizes.

Took this today in the gym how the fuck do I get big

I'm already eating like 3000+ calories and going gym three times and week

My TDEE is 3016 Calories a day. So calculate yours and eat at 250-500 calories above that.

Keep going to the gym too. It takes some time, but the gains will come. Take some pics now and in a year take some more and compare them to see how far you've come.

Couple of reasons, it's probably a combination of some of them:

- Depending on how tall you are and how much you excercise 3000 calories might not be enough

- Maybe you're not eating enough protein

- Maybe your routine and/or form is shit

- Maybe you're just impatient and you've only worked out for 3 weeks

Make sure you're using a well-tested routine and make sure you get in enough carbs and protein with your calories. Calories alone don't mean shit. Eating that many calories means you're serious, though. Good luck man.
