Decided to try the whole plant based thing out. At first I had some weird weight gain of 5 pounds at the start , then nothing. I have been maintaining well and literally shredding fat and leaning out whilst still gaining slight muscle gains in ways I never have before. I eat meat about 1 time weekly or bi weekly really depends... I have a slice of two of gouda every two days but thats it with the animal products....whats happening to me /fit/

You're eating less than your TDEE. It doesn't matter if you're eating McDonald's or the cleanest diet ever, all that matters is calories in and calories out.
Fucking idiot.

I'm getting literally the same everything as I did before. Why the hell are you even getting this mad?Obviously you don't even lift

Are you accurately counting your calories?

very much so. When I began lifting I went a nutritionist to see what I needed to get where I wanted to go. I did the same when I made the change and we tweaked my diet a bit. I have a boring diet regiment but its where I should be.

>nobody know what the fuck chickens eat

Most like, by increasing your plant food intake, you increased your carb intake, which could have become stored glycogen or water
