Just got back to the gym after 6 months off.
Its frustrating to see how weak I am, I want to recover as fast as possible.
While I'm just getting back to my previous strength levels, can i go to the gym 7 days a week? Usually I only go thrice.

don't go too much, you'll burn out from the intensity.
what you should know however is that "regaining" lost muscle is generally a LOT faster than building new muscle, it won't take that long for you to get your gains back

You will burn out after a week or two, all fattys fall into this trap as they suddenly can exert a ton of energy and feel strong doing it, then suddenly a week later they feel like shit cause their bodies weren't used to the workout. Don't make the same mistake as NYR fattys anon.
Just do 3 times a week, start as you plan to continue as they say.
