Where you weak at, sport?
>Focus hollow body
>I don't care how strong you think you are, those lats should feel blasted from how tight you hold that hollow body
>50% of your max hold time 15 times. This is one workout. Do it 2-3 times a week (if you can manage)
>Planche lifts (lifting into your current progression from floor) are a great way to end the exercise. I do 3-4 sets of 10-15 lifts.
>If you're getting fore-arm splints (like shin splints) eat more fats
>If your elbows or delt joints get sore, stick with your current progression, but increase your rest period by one day. (If normally 2 days off, take three and come back to same workout)
>Myo-tone is a god-tier supplement for joint health. Helped with both one arm chinning and planches
>Band assistance for full planche is a viable training method
>Use ankle weights as well
>If you have trouble holding your hips up, the spinal erectors are weak. Do abwheel training
>Standing ab wheel isn't necessary for planche, but it damn sure helps
>Go ahead...skip leg day for a few months.
>Hand position isn't super important except that it should be comfortable for you. Most people do them anywhere from 45° out to completely reversed (I do them completely forward. Very atypical, but it works for me)
>Before you start your workout practice hollow body and be sure you feel yourself engaging your pecs, lats, and delts
>Flex those fuckers
>Cambered hands help with balance
>Don't "lift". I know I said lift, I mean just hold the lockout position. Those lifts are just meant for you to hold the lockout position
>Until you're much stronger you need to lean into the position
