been lifting for about 4 years now (started back when I was 14), I've never really been that into cutting, Always joking that I've been dirty-bulking all my life. Wan't to stop being a fat piece of shit (Pic related, current body). Dont get me wrong I can lift heavy as fuck, think it's time I stopped eating like a slop and actually began losing fat and gaining muscle mass.
Any help on how to start this procces greatly appreciated.
