been lifting for 3 years. When I started lifting I used to squat 3x a week as heavy as I could 3x5/5x5... Thx fit. Popped up on my left side groin. Thought I was lymphoma. Panicked turns out even worse HERNIA. Now it's rip gains and hello scar. At least it's not in the belly fuckin up my abs and shit.
