I have read the bodybuilding bible of Arnold Schwarzenegger and other several sources and in there he explains that you have to work hard on the weakest points. Arnold has weak points in his rear delts according to himself. He was doing bent over raises every day after he woke up, but i was wondering if this will overtrain the posterior delt muscle?
