Any else here afflicted with /eczema/ or any other skin problem

I have really bad skin rashes during spring and winter and i can't stand it. It gets especially worse when i lift, swim, or run. Any advice?

Lotion daily after you shower and before bed, drink water, and saunas/steamrooms. Consider changing soap/bodywash to one for sensitive skin. It also might be allergies.

I have seb derm, it's worse on my scalp. Any idea how to get rid of it?

I have seb dem too. I've been using head and shoulders dry scalp for almost a year and it hasn't been back. Still need to see a dermatologist though because it comes and goes on my nose/cheeks every other month or so and I haven't found anything that completely gets rid of it

Everyday. It'll come back in my side burns just a bit when it gets bad on my face but other than that this shit is working.
