So i have been drinking pic related for almost 6 years now, I would heavily dilute it with water and just do it for old habits sake

Think its okay for me to continue drinking it?

Why is the carbs content only 1g for an energy drink?

its an energy called extra joss, serving size is supposed to be 300ml and I put it on 900-1200ml, i barely feel any effects from it i just like the highly diluted taste

thanks man, its just that i have been drinking this since i was a kid ,i would steal the sachets form my mom whenever she works out, and the taste and the habit latched on to me, appreciate it lad~
