Getting back into lifting after a 3 and a 1/2 year fat spree. I am looking to buy new protein powder, bcaa, multi vit's, etc. What are some products that actually work that you guys recommend?

Hes absolutely right though read the fucking sticky about diet, you're probably 25-30% bf and you're gonna buy a bunch of shit which won't be anywhere near as helpful as just cutting out soft drink, fast food and counting your calories.

Supplements are a meme desu. I like mass gainer and whey, but they're basically just food. All the pills and powders you can get are placebo
