Wtf bros? Does gaining weight have a lot to do with genetics? My whole family have been skinny fucks, and it seems impossible for my to gain weight. I just got a job as a corrections officer and trying to get big so I lift and eat a lot so I'm a bigger threat to the inmates, but no matter how much I eat or how much I lift I'm not gaining any weight. Does genetics play a big roll!
Current stats:
>6ft, 190-196lbs, goes back and forth

GOALS:
